The agricultural tour package includes:
Selection of enterprises for a visit. Particular characteristics of enterprises (industry sector, scale of enterprise, location etc.) shall be agreed upon in advance and selected according to your requests.
Preparation of an itinerary. Organization of visits to the enterprises of particular interest, meetings with managers and staff, familiarization with manufacturing technologies and processes.
Organization of transfers to the place of accommodation, to the enterprises and back.
Complementary services: preparation of information materials, interpretation / translation services, photography and video filming, cultural and entertainment program.
Conditions for provision of services
Selection of enterprises for a visit is done based on preliminary agreement. First you will have to define the characteristics of the enterprises: 3 enterprises for each sphere of activity that is of interest to you, regions of location and other conditions.
The number of enterprises per each tour can vary; the average number of enterprises being 5. It is possible to increase or decrease the amount of the enterprises depending on specific character of the industry and territorial location.
The actual duration of a tour depends on the number of enterprises you want to visit. The standard duration is around 2-3 days excluding the time required for transfers.
Upon your request, accommodation will be provided in the towns closest to the enterprises of interest or in Moscow, with daily flights to the enterprises.
The cultural program may include boat trips, dining at restaurants, sightseeing tours, visiting cultural centers etc. The program will be tailored to your needs and wishes.
It is important to submit the necessary information about the number of participants of the tour not later than 1 month prior to its commencement.
The price of participation in the tour is calculated on the basis of 20000 rubles per person excluding travel costs and other extra costs (calculation of the latter will be submitted for your approval in a separate estimate)
